positive experience when researching, evaluating, and enrolling in our programs. When you enroll in a program at Western Global University, you must
adhere to our terms of service and return policy.

OUR CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ENROLMENT POLICIES:

Upon enrolling in a course at Western Global University, a student is entering a legal agreement under common law, in which they agree to abide by the conditions of enrolment (including meeting stated payments), in exchange for the service offered by the institution in the delivery of the course.

We at Western Global University work hard to offer equitable and unambiguous return policies. This is a summary of our return policy:

Withdrawal Period: At the start of each term or session, students have a certain amount of time to drop a course or program. A complete refund of tuition and fees paid, less any non-refundable application fees, is permitted during this withdrawal period.

Pro-rated Refunds: Refunds may be given based on the student’s length of enrollment in the course or program after the original withdrawal period. This implies that if the withdrawal happens within a specific amount of time, some of the tuition and fees might be reimbursed.

Non-refunded Fees: Depending on the circumstances, some fees, such application or specific administrative fees, may not be refunded regardless of withdrawal time.

Refund Procedure: Usually, written requests for refunds must be made to the financial services or registrar’s office of the university. Within a certain amount of time—typically a few months after the request is received—refunds are completed.

Special Circumstances: On a case-by-case basis, modifications to the regular refund policy may be considered in situations involving extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergency or responsibilities related to military service.
